Our Story
Marble doesn't hide its veins. It's honest about how it was made. That's how I treat the beef here: dry-aged in full view, seasoned with salt, fire, and patience, and never dressed up to hide what it is.

The Marbled Room opened in 2019 with one idea: the name is the menu. Marbling, in the stone on the walls and the beef in the aging cooler, is what patience looks like when you can finally see it. Forty-five days in our cooler, four minutes over live oak, and nothing on the plate that needs explaining.
