Why do some prices show a range instead of one number?
Because the job itself has a size. A 5-page website with a simple menu costs less to build than one with a photo gallery and online booking; an AI package depends on how many tools you need and how much setup they take. The range is the honest floor and ceiling. Before anything starts, you get one exact number in writing, and that number is the bill.
What if my job doesn't fit any row on these tables?
It works the same way as everything else: you describe the job, I quote one flat price before I start, and you decide with the real number in front of you. The tables cover the most common requests; anything else gets the same flat-quote treatment.
Is the monthly hosting and maintenance optional?
No. It comes with every website I build, and it's the reason the site keeps working after launch day: hosting, software updates, backups and security are all handled, plus changes whenever you need them. It runs $69 a month on a Starter site, $129 on Growth, and from $249 on a Custom build. You never get a surprise "your site is down" bill, because keeping it up is already my job.
