What I fix

If it plugs in or connects, I can help

No problem is too small, and no question is too basic. Here's what people call me about most.

Computers & laptops

  • Slow computer tune-ups & cleanups
  • Virus, malware & pop-up removal
  • Updates, backups & storage space
  • New computer setup & data transfer
See more examples
  • A computer that takes minutes to start, with programs piling on at boot
  • "Storage full" warnings and what's actually safe to delete
  • Files and photos rescued from a computer that won't turn on
  • A safe wipe of an old computer before it's sold or donated
  • An honest repair-or-replace opinion before you spend a dime

If your computer is doing something strange that isn't listed, that's normal. Strange is most of my job.

Home & Wi-Fi

  • Wi-Fi dead zones, drops & speed issues
  • Printers that refuse to print
  • TVs, streaming & sound systems
  • Smart doorbells, cameras & thermostats
See more examples
  • Dead zones often fixed by moving the router, before you buy anything
  • A straight answer on whether it's your internet plan or an aging router
  • Mesh systems and extenders set up right for your home's layout
  • A new TV or soundbar that won't talk to the rest of your devices
  • Video doorbells and cameras that keep dropping offline

If a gadget in your house won't behave, it qualifies.

Phones & tablets

  • iPhone, Android & iPad help
  • New phone setup, nothing lost
  • Photos, storage & account cleanup
  • Email, passwords & two-factor logins
See more examples
  • Phone upgrades and trade-ins done right: backed up, signed out, nothing left behind
  • A phone that's suddenly slow or completely out of space
  • Smartwatches and Bluetooth gadgets that refuse to pair
  • Parental controls and screen-time limits, set up and explained
  • Two-factor logins and password managers made simple

iPhone or Android, iPad or Kindle: whatever you have is the right thing to bring.

Good questions

Frequently asked questions

If yours isn't here, just call or text. I answer fast.

What if you can't fix my problem?

Then you pay nothing. That's the whole guarantee: no fix, no charge. If the honest answer is "this computer isn't worth repairing," I'll tell you that too, and help you pick a replacement without overspending.

Do you work on both Windows and Mac?

Yes. Windows PCs, Macs, iPhones, Androids, iPads and Kindles, plus the printers, routers, TVs and smart gadgets around them. If two of your devices won't talk to each other, that's exactly the kind of thing I fix.

How does remote support work?

You call me, and I guide you through opening a secure screen-sharing session. It takes about two minutes, and you can watch everything I do. You stay in control the entire time, and the connection closes completely when we're done. Most software problems can be fixed this way for $69.

Do I need to unplug anything or prepare before you arrive?

Nope. Leave everything exactly as it is. Seeing the problem in its natural habitat actually helps me diagnose it. Just have any passwords you know handy (and if you don't know them, that's a very common fix I can help with).

How fast can you come out?

Often the same day or next day. I'm open 8am–8pm, seven days a week, and remote sessions can usually start within the hour. Call or text 407-405-2676 and I'll give you a real answer immediately, not a 4-hour arrival window.

What areas do you cover?

In-home visits across Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Sanford, Clermont, Lake Mary, DeLand, Orange City, Deltona, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Ponce Inlet, New Smyrna Beach, and Edgewater, plus the rest of Volusia County. Remote support works anywhere in the world.

How do I pay?

Card, Zelle, Venmo, check, or cash. For everyday tech help, you pay after the work is done and explained. Larger projects have their own terms, agreed before anything starts.

Is the $49/month maintenance plan required?

No. Every visit and lesson stands on its own. The plan is a monthly checkup (updates, backups, a tune-up) plus priority response when something breaks, for people who'd rather never think about upkeep. Handy, but completely optional.

Tech trouble ends today.

Call or text me now. I'll tell you what it costs before I start.
